As a Trauma Informed Anxiety Coach, my skills and experience enable me to guide you through your journey from worry and overwhelm to confidence.
I have an holistic approach, blending trauma informed coaching, cognitive-behavioural techniques, mindfulness practices, hypnotherapy and complementary therapy to manage the complex relationship between the mind, body, and emotions.
My work focuses on helping you to take control of the process, by uncovering and releasing your fears, beliefs and traumas, while building resilience, confidence and self worth.
I support you to manage relationships, empowering you to set boundaries and create healthier, more fulfilling partnerships.

My Approach
As a Trauma Informed Anxiety Coach, my approach is grounded in mindful awareness. I offer a non-judgmental, safe space where you are in control of your therapy and will be supported while you deal with the things that are holding you back.
I believe that emotions are signposts to the thoughts that aren’t working for you. I know this to be true, because I've spent years working on my mindset as I've transformed from an anxious girl, to a confident women, who is unapologetically herself and comfortable in her own skin. So I've been you and know that I can help you to do the same.
By becoming mindfully aware of your emotions, I can help you to uncover the underlying thoughts and patterns that are causing the problems that you are having to deal with.
My compassionate guidance and tailored strategies, will help you to understand and manage your emotions, so that you can be free from the thoughts that are dominating your life.
I do this with Life and Mindset Therapy which is my unique blend of: Trauma Informed Coaching, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
I am accredited by EMCC at Senior Practitioner level, am a member of the Complementary Medicine Association (MCMA) and hold an enhanced DBS for children and adults.
